Yes, you heard me correctly, Lavelle Bridal Couture is now the proud owner of the prestigious FSB Award for Service Excellence. It was an afternoon full of incredible small businesses and the recognition I received, where the dedication and commitment of providing an unparalleled service in the bridal industry stood in the spotlight.
An Afternoon of Triumph at Coombe Abbey Hotel
Nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside, Coombe Abbey Hotel provided the perfect backdrop for an afternoon of festivities and honour. Surrounded by fellow entrepreneurs and business leaders, from a huge selection of difference industries, there was such a lovely sense of camaraderie and admirations for all of the incredible work being done in our region.
When my name was announced as the winner of Service Excellence, it felt quite overwhelming. Being the first award I’ve ever won, it was an emotional mixture of excitement and also feeling pretty scared! I sweated a LOT! Haha!
It feels so special winning this award and highlights the dedication and hard work that I put into everything I do at Lavelle Bridal Couture.

This award is a validation of my efforts and motivates me to continue raising the bar even higher.
Creating a bespoke experience that exceeds expectations every time is my jam. From finding the perfect silhouette, providing personalised style advice or creating intricate dress changes that make a bride feel amazing. Each and every bride at Lavelle bridal Couture will feel like royalty on her special day.

But my journey doesn't end here. With this regional accolade securely under my belt, so secure in fact that this award is travelling everywhere with me right now!
I’m now setting my sights on the next milestone – the national awards! Scheduled to take place at the beginning of May, it's another opportunity for me to showcase the passion and dedication that sets Lavelle Bridal Couture apart.
As I prepare for the national stage, I am filled with gratitude for everyone who has supported me along the way – my incredible brides, supportive community and of course all my amazing family and friends.
